BRO TIME

I went to the Plan Nine park at the Mills Mall tonight and got some much needed bro time. I also got a stomach ache from eating at Chevy's. But it was fun all the same. Thanks guys. -Worful

GIVE YOUR ALL TO SUPPORT THE KINGSHIGHWAY FUNDRAISER!

If you have any ramps to contribute or want to build something for this event, do it! It would be a huge Help! Keep it simple and functional if you do, wack shit will be set on fire in the parking lot!

CITY SLICKERS

Here are some shots I got the couple nights I as able to lurk behind the scenes at City Museum. As you can see, Joe and David threw some shit down in the now defunct yet somehow more skateable skatepark. David's ollie out to 5050 and front disaster shut the whole thing down. By the end of the last night there Randy was ready to cut loose for sure. -Worful

CITY MUSEUM IN THE SKATEBOARD MAG

Did you see this yet? I turned out great! Good job to Randy, Sam McGuire, and everyone else involved for pulling it all off.

THE ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SOUNDLESS GRIND

In the video above, one of West County's finest technicians, "Nub," is skating a composite plastic bench that I am almost completely sure is the exact same one David Uthus, Joe Jackson and I "found" at a business off Highway 40 some 6 years ago or so. We took it and dropped it off behind the pharmacy David and I worked at back then, Fitzpatrick Pharmacy (colloquially known as the "Fitzpatrick Funny Pharm.") There the bench sat unskated besides a few sessions on the rough ground behind the pharmacy. We had hoped to take it somewhere else to skate but alas, it was left and forgotten then thankfully "found" again by a different group of plastic bench enthusiasts, and we never saw it again.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of this bench, please let the Pretty blog know. It would be amazing to have a reunion with her at the Kingshighway Bridge D.I.Y. Project Fundraiser (colloquially known as "Shitside" by some with a sense of humor or without enough breath to say "Kingshighway Bridge D.I.Y. Project" whenever the need arises. Phew, that's a lot of syllables). So if you have said bench, please bring that beautiful thing by if you plan on attending, or we can come by and borrow it and drop it back off for you after the party. This goes for anyone else who has any obstacles they would like to contribute! Thanks!
